Poor customer service and this company does not price match as they advertise. Called head office they referred me back to the store and the store didn't even bother to follow up with a customer service call! Apparently the manager was busy.

Horrible customer service. They promised delivery, said the bed went to the wrong address and now I'm fighting to get my money back.

Worst part, they don't care.
